| I'm sending this email to both of them: Mr. Tansey (and son), I suggest if you have a problem with what your son bought from me, that you take it up with him and demand that he repay you since it is his doing. It is not my responsibility to determine whether you have instilled values upon your son that it is not "normal" to fraudulently use your credit card without your knowledge. I sold and delivered a TH400 transmission and 300ZX adapter kit at the price both young Tansey and myself agreed to. I have tracking #s and all emails between little Tansey and myself regarding this transaction and I will fight this claim. Do the right thing and take responsibility for your offspring's actions and whatever situation you are in that has brought about this claim and end it. Brett Dempsey
